The Course Fee is payable in full to GetMyCourse upon your instructing GetMyCourse to proceed with the provision of Services. A deposit may be accepted at GetMyCourse’s discretion.
The full Course Fee must be paid prior to releasing any certificate. If you fail to pay by the due date, any deposit may be forfeited.
All payments are processed via third‑party providers (e.g., DebitSuccess, Stripe, bank transfer). Third‑party provider terms apply. You are liable for any bank/processing fees arising from declined or reversed payments.
Post 30 days from the date of admission, the student shall be liable for only up to $800 refund. The remaining amount, if not yet paid, shall be payable by the student.
For instance, if the course fee is $3000 and the student requests a refund after 30 days, GetMyCourse shall be eligible to retain $2200 ($3000 – $800). Any additional amount already paid by the student shall be refunded.
In the event of a part payment, the student shall be liable to pay the difference between $2200 and the amount actually paid to date.
The Course Fee paid to GetMyCourse is a service charge paid by the Partner RTO for facilitating your enrolment. In practice, this fee may be collected out of the course fees you pay. However, it is not a tuition fee for the course itself; it is a fee for GetMyCourse’s services.
Any account that remains in default or is deemed inactive for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the original Application Date must be transitioned to a formal “Hold” status. Failure to comply with this 120-day “Hold” requirement or a continued default in payment obligations may result in the permanent forfeiture of enrollment.
In such instances, the student shall have no further eligibility for a refund, and any outstanding balances shall remain payable as set out in the standard refund calculations provided in this policy.
Transfers & Credits (at GetMyCourse’s discretion):
Options: (1) Credit Holding: The student may elect to place the paid tuition fees on hold as a credit for a maximum period of twelve (12) months from the date of the request. This credit is strictly non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. (2) Account Manager Transfer: The student may request the transfer of their enrollment and associated course management to a different account manager within GetMyCourse. (3) Course Transfer: The student may elect to transfer their enrollment to an alternative course offered by GetMyCourse. (4) Third-Party Transfer: The student may transfer their enrollment to a nominated third party, provided that prior written approval is obtained from GetMyCourse. (5) Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Transfer: The student may transfer their enrollment to another Registered Training Organisation.
Terms and Conditions for Transfers and Credit:
Tuition Fee Difference: In the event the tuition fee for the new course (or the course selected upon credit redemption) differs from the original amount paid, the student shall be responsible for paying any positive difference in tuition immediately upon transfer or redemption.
Credit Redemption and Commencement: When utilising the Credit Holding option, the student must commence a new course or utilise the credit within twelve (12) months from the date the Credit Holding request was approved, with a check-in during the third month to reevaluate options.
Dispute Resolution: Should the student be dissatisfied with any of the options presented above or the final determination by GetMyCourse regarding a transfer or credit request, the student reserves the right to seek independent legal counsel and contact our legal representatives for the purposes of dispute resolution, provided all internal administrative review processes have been exhausted.
In the event of the cancellation or withdrawal of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) certificate, the student shall not be entitled to a full monetary refund. Notwithstanding this limitation, GetMyCourse shall endeavor to provide reasonable assistance to the student in securing an equivalent certification from an alternative RTO.
Provider unable to deliver: if the Partner RTO cannot deliver your course/qualification as agreed, you are entitled to a refund of the tuition portion only (pursued from/through the RTO/TPS as applicable). The GetMyCourse Course Fee is not refundable in this situation because it covers services already provided. GetMyCourse will assist you with documentation and contacts to pursue tuition remedies.
No qualification issued (assessor ineligibility): where, after assessment and compliant participation, you are deemed ineligible for any qualification and none can be issued, you are entitled to a full refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
All other cases: deposits and Course Fees are non‑refundable (e.g., change of mind after cooling‑off; failure to provide information within 6 months). Tuition refund unavailability by the RTO does not make the Course Fee refundable.
Refund process: the formal refund process is initiated only upon the student’s submission of a formal written request accompanied by the prescribed Get My Course Refund Request Form. The evaluation and processing period for any such claim shall strictly commence from the date that Get My Course receives the completed form along with all necessary supporting documentation, such as receipts. Once a refund has been formally approved, Get My Course shall endeavour to process the disbursement within thirty (30) days, contingent upon the receipt of all required financial and administrative information.
‘Course Fee’ means the fee payable by you to Get My Course for the provision of the Services for the services provided by GetMyCourse.

Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication. GetMyCourse reserves the right to review and change these Terms at any time by updating the Terms on our website. You acknowledge that GetMyCourse is not a training provider or RTO.
Nothing in the Terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law… Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or guarantees you have under law (for example, the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot be limited or excluded. You still have the benefit of those protections.
(Original complex exclusion wording) Except as required by law: (a) GetMyCourse makes no other guarantees or warranties beyond what is in these Terms; and (b) GetMyCourse is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damage to
goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage, to the extent permitted by law.
Our Maximum Financial Responsibility: If anything goes wrong with your course, or if you request a refund, we want to be very clear about our financial limit. The RTO’s maximum financial responsibility (which covers any claim, whether for a
refund, a breach of contract, or an issue caused by our mistake) will never be more than the total Course Fee you actually paid for that specific course. You cannot sue us for more money than you paid us for the course. This limit applies to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Provider unable to deliver: If Getmycourse or a partnered RTO is no longer able to provide the course/training program under the service agreement, we look for another RTO partner and re-enroll them.
In all other circumstances, deposits and the Course Fee are non‑refundable.
