2. About the Website

The Website is operated by GetMyCourse Pty Ltd (ABN 34 619 352 297). Access to and use of the Website, or any of its associated products or Services, is provided by GetMyCourse. Please read these Terms carefully.

By browsing the Website or progressing through GetMyCourse’s online screening tool, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease using the Website or any of the Services immediately.

GetMyCourse reserves the right to review and change these Terms at any time by updating the Terms on our website. We will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, via email or a notice on our homepage) when the Terms are
updated. Any changes will apply from the date we publish them.

You acknowledge that GetMyCourse is not a training provider or RTO, and that any course or qualification you undertake is delivered by a Partner RTO under that RTO’s terms. GetMyCourse’s role is to assist you with the enrolment and RPL process. You pay your course tuition fees to the RTO (or via GetMyCourse as an agent for the RTO), and the RTO pays GetMyCourse a Service Fee for facilitating your application. Even if your course fees are collected by GetMyCourse, any portion of those fees that constitutes GetMyCourse’s Service Fee is a payment for services rendered to the RTO on your behalf – it is not a tuition fee for the course itself.

12. Cancellation of Qualifications

Should regulatory bodies take action resulting in the cancellation of Client qualifications obtained from RTOs through Get My Course, the Client acknowledges such cancellation as solely a regulatory body decision, with Get My Course having no direct involvement or responsibility.

13. Termination

Your right to terminate: you may terminate at any time by giving at least 10 businesss days’ written notice and ceasing use of the Services. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in the Refund Policy or required by

GetMyCourse’s rights: we may suspend or terminate immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in misconduct, or pose a reputational/security risk. We may terminate for convenience at any time by providing reasonable notice (e.g., 30 days). If we terminate for convenience, any prepaid tuition for undelivered services will be referred back to the RTO; our Service Fee remains non‑refundable if services were provided.
