Description

A Supported Independent Living (SIL) service agreement sets out the support a participant will receive in their home, how it will be delivered, what it costs, and how it can change or end. This short course gives you practical skills to build clear and accessible SIL service agreements, explain supports, schedules and fees in plain language, support informed and voluntary consent, and keep agreements up to date through review, variation and safe service endings. The course is aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards, in particular the Service agreements with participants outcome, and with the NDIS Code of Conduct.
