Module 1 — Digestion, Bowel Function & Dysfunction
Understand normal digestive anatomy and how the bowel works day-to-day. Explore what healthy bowel function looks like and how to recognise common dysfunctions, including constipation, diarrhoea and faecal incontinence, so you can spot changes that require attention or escalation.
Module 2 — Individualised Bowel Care Plans
Learn how bowel care needs are identified, assessed and documented for individual participants. Understand your role in following a care plan accurately, what triggers a plan review, how updates are communicated across the team, and when escalation is required.
Module 3 — Interventions, Risks & Emergency Response
